2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Have the legal capacity to enter binding agreements

  • Provide accurate and complete information

We may refuse service where eligibility requirements are not met.


3. Services Description

BillVault provides:

  • Virtual USD cards for international payments and online purchases

  • Cross-border bill payments and merchant transactions

  • Digital asset services, including USDT deposits

  • Related financial tools and features

Services may vary by jurisdiction and partner availability.


4. Compliance and Verification

Users agree to:

  • Complete identity verification when requested

  • Provide truthful and up-to-date information

  • Comply with all applicable laws

We may conduct ongoing monitoring and request additional documentation.


5. Fees and Pricing

  • Transaction fees, FX margins, and service charges may apply

  • Fees are disclosed before confirmation

  • We may update pricing at any time


6. Virtual Cards and Payments

  • Virtual cards are issued by licensed third-party partners

  • Card usage is subject to network rules and merchant acceptance

  • BillVault is not responsible for merchant disputes, declines, or charge delays


7. Digital Assets (USDT)

  • Digital asset transactions are irreversible once confirmed

  • Blockchain network fees and delays may apply

  • BillVault does not control blockchain networks

Users acknowledge the volatility and risks associated with digital assets.


8. Refunds, Reversals, and Disputes

  • Completed transactions may not be refundable

  • Refund eligibility depends on partner policies and transaction type

  • Chargebacks and disputes are handled on a best-effort basis

  • Investigations may require additional documentation


9. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Safeguarding login credentials

  • Monitoring account activity

  • Reporting suspicious behavior promptly

  • Ensuring payment details are correct

BillVault is not liable for losses resulting from user negligence.


10. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Engage in fraud, money laundering, or sanctions violations

  • Use services for illegal or deceptive purposes

  • Attempt unauthorized access or system manipulation

  • Transmit malicious software

Violations may result in suspension, termination, or reporting to authorities.


11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts:

  • For policy violations

  • To comply with legal obligations

  • To manage risk or security concerns

Balances may be held pending investigation or regulatory requirements.


12. Limitation of Liability

BillVault is not liable for:

  • Third-party service failures

  • Exchange rate fluctuations

  • Network delays or outages

  • Indirect or consequential losses

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.


13. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software belong to BillVault or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.


14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.


15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
