1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BillVault’s mobile application, website, or services (“Services”), including
flight booking, virtual cards, cross-border payments, bill payments, and digital asset services,
you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
2. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal capacity to enter binding agreements
- Provide accurate and complete information
We may refuse service or suspend access where eligibility requirements are not met.
3. Services Description
BillVault provides:
- Virtual USD cards for international payments and online purchases
- Cross-border bill payments and merchant transactions
- Flight booking services including itinerary management, ticket issuance, and payment facilitation
- Digital asset services, including USDT deposits and withdrawals
- Related financial tools and features
Service availability may vary by jurisdiction, regulatory compliance, or partner agreements.
4. Compliance and Verification
Users agree to:
- Complete identity verification (KYC) as required for financial or flight booking services
- Provide truthful, current, and complete information
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including AML, CTF, and NDPR requirements
BillVault may conduct ongoing monitoring and request additional documentation at any time.
5. Fees and Pricing
- Transaction fees, foreign exchange margins, and service charges may apply to all services, including flight bookings
- All fees are disclosed prior to confirmation
- Pricing may be updated at any time and will apply to subsequent transactions
6. Virtual Cards and Payments
- Virtual cards are issued by licensed third-party partners
- Card usage is subject to network rules, merchant acceptance, and regulatory obligations
- BillVault is not responsible for merchant declines, charge delays, or disputes
7. Digital Assets (USDT)
- Digital asset transactions are irreversible once confirmed
- Blockchain network fees and delays may apply
- BillVault does not control blockchain networks
- Users acknowledge the volatility, regulatory, and operational risks associated with digital assets
8. Flight Booking Services
- Flight bookings are facilitated through BillVault as a booking intermediary; airline operational rules apply
- Users must provide accurate passenger details, travel documentation, and valid payment information
- Changes, cancellations, and refunds are subject to airline and partner policies
- BillVault is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, denied boarding, or force majeure events
- Users consent to sharing necessary personal data with airlines, regulators, and travel partners in compliance with NDPR 2023
9. Refunds, Reversals, and Disputes
- Completed transactions may not be refundable depending on service type and partner policies
- Refund eligibility is determined by relevant partner or airline policies
- Chargebacks and disputes are handled on a best-effort basis; investigations may require additional documentation
- Flight booking refunds follow airline rules and applicable regulations
10. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Safeguarding login credentials
- Monitoring account activity
- Reporting suspicious or unauthorized behavior promptly
- Ensuring payment and passenger details are accurate
BillVault is not liable for losses resulting from user negligence or errors.
11. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Engage in fraud, money laundering, or sanctions violations
- Use Services for illegal or deceptive purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access or system manipulation
- Transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code
- Misuse flight booking or financial services
Violations may result in suspension, termination, and/or reporting to authorities.
12. Suspension and Termination
BillVault may suspend or terminate accounts:
- For policy violations
- To comply with legal or regulatory obligations, including NDPR compliance
- To manage risk or security concerns
Balances and tickets may be held pending investigation or regulatory requirements.
13. Limitation of Liability
BillVault is not liable for:
- Third-party service failures, including airlines and payment partners
- Exchange rate fluctuations
- Network delays, outages, or technical disruptions
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
14. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software belong to BillVault or its licensors. Unauthorized
use is strictly prohibited.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to
conflict of law principles.
16. Changes to Terms
BillVault may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Services constitutes
acceptance of the updated Terms.
